Who operates this site

saxcephas.com is operated by SAXCEPHAS SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA (Saxcephas SRL), corporate ID number (cédula jurídica) 3-102-930694, with its registered address in Heredia, Costa Rica. In these terms, "we" means Saxcephas SRL and "you" means the person using the site.

Acceptance

By browsing the site or using its forms, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about our services, see our work and contact us. You may not:

• Use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Submit false data or someone else's data in the forms.
• Try to access the server, admin panel or database without permission, or disrupt their operation with malicious code, attacks or automated traffic.
• Copy the site in bulk or by automated means to reuse its content.

Information, cases and quotes

The site's content is informational. The cases and figures describe results from past projects, measured in their context. They're not a promise that your project will get the same results.

What you send through the quote tool or the contact form is a request for information, not a contract. We use that data to prepare a proposal, and work begins only when you accept that proposal in writing.

Contracted services

Scope, deliverables, timelines, payments, confidentiality and ownership of what we deliver are defined in each proposal or contract. If that proposal or contract differs from these terms, the proposal or contract prevails.

Search and AI results

Rankings on Google, visibility in AI assistants and user behavior depend on third parties we don't control, such as search engine and AI model algorithms. That's why no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. What we do guarantee is the agreed work, done with a clear method, measured against a baseline and reported transparently.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, graphics and the Saxcephas brand belong to Saxcephas SRL or are used under license. The site's typefaces are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

Portfolio screenshots show projects we built for clients and are published to illustrate our work. The brands and content in them belong to their owners. If you own any of them and want it removed, write to us and we'll take it down.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to third-party sites and tools. We don't control their content and aren't responsible for their practices. Using them is your choice and is governed by their own terms.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available, secure and up to date, but we can't guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. The site is provided as is.

We aren't liable for indirect damages resulting from using the site's general information without a diagnosis of your case. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Costa Rican law gives you that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. If a disagreement arises, we'll first try to resolve it with you in good faith by email. If it isn't resolved, it will be decided by the competent courts of Costa Rica.
